Afternoon Pick Me Up

After a busy morning, I didn’t have time for a nice warm breakfast so instead I opted for a banana and some coffee on my way to work.

After a quick shift, I really had a taste for a yummy protein shake. I decided on a blackberry pear protein shake. It was quite tasty and I had no problem finishing all of it!

Ingredients:

1 banana
1/2 cup of blackberries
1/2 cup of chopped up pear
Handful of spinach
1 scoop of whey French vanilla protein powder
And some vanilla almond milk to get everything moving

Yum yum!

With my belly satisfied, I’m off to the World of Wheels show to spend the night looking at unique cars!

I love to mix and match fruits, especially berries, with different flavored protein powder!
